Service Fees & Rebates

Clinical Psychologist Appointment: $240 (50 minutes)

*The APS recommended 46-60 minute psychologist consultation fee is $311.00.

You may be eligible for a rebate on the cost of your individual psychology appointment.

Medicare. The Australian Government’s Better Access Scheme offers Medicare rebates for psychological treatment provided by registered psychologists. If eligible, you may access up to 10 Medicare rebated sessions per calendar year with a valid referral and Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP). With a valid referral and MHTP, you will receive a Medicare rebate of $145.25 resulting in a gap fee of $94.75.

Private Health. Clients with private health insurance may have access to rebates for psychological treatment. Please check with your private health fund to determine if you are eligible to receive a rebate under ‘Extras’. If you are eligible, it will be your responsibility to process this directly with your private health fund.

NDIS. We are not a registered provider with NDIS; however, we accept clients under NDIS who are self-funded, or plan managed.
