Bookings
New and existing clients can book an appointment online using the link below
Please note: Clients under NDIS (self-managed and plan-managed only), DVA or WorkCover funding are required to contact us directly to arrange an appointment, as these appointments cannot be booked through the online portal.
For assistance with booking, please contact us directly.
Online Booking Deposit
An online booking deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
This deposit will be deducted from your total session fee at your appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling require at least one business day’s notice (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within one business day of the scheduled appointment time will result in forfeiture of the booking deposit.
If you wish to reschedule your appointment with sufficient notice, your existing booking deposit will be applied to the rescheduled appointment. Please contact us directly to arrange this.
Same-day cancellations or failure to attend without notice (no-show) may result in a fee of up to 100% of the session fee, inclusive of any booking deposit already paid.
Cancellation and non-attendance fees are not eligible for Medicare rebates and are not covered by some third-party payers (e.g., WorkCover, DVA) and remain the responsibility of the client.

We accept referrals from General Practitioners and Specialists (e.g., Paediatricians, Psychiatrists).
The following funding options are also accepted:

Referrals can be sent directly from your doctor via HealthLink, Medical Objects, fax, or email. Alternatively, you may bring your referral to your appointment.
Clients may also access psychology appointments without a referral; however, in these cases a Medicare rebate will not be available.
